This Tuesday we will be concentrating on the the tactics and techniques of various distancing methods in our art. After working with the 10 directions Tai sabaki, we will add Togakure rye perspectives and integrate these with the 5 bifurcations of AKBAN sequence No. 2.
The sessions conclude with the counter clinch techniques we trained with last week.
