Beginning of the fall semester, AKBAN Tel Aviv - 3.9.2013

A reminder, we are training at our temporary dojo, 193 Ben Yehuda st. 1st floor. This Tuesday we will be exploring the Kansetsu waza stemming from the fourth sequence. At the first session, from 18:00 till 19:30, we will work with bifurcation 4.1 and its application for high level of violence. The second session, from 19:30 till 21:00, will deal with the same bifurcation but apply it to low level of violence. At Rosh Hashana, this Thursday, we will not train.
