Expected techniques for ramat hasharon dojo - 21.1.2013
We will train on derivatives of one of my favorite katas,
Shizen kata from the advanced level of
Fudo ryu Daken taijutsu.
The session will start with
Ninjutsu kamae followed by the
himum. We finish the session with full contact
Randori.
