This Friday we will cover basic Kihon and Kata, Instructor is Dan and working with him is Nimrod. The Techniques:

• Seigan no Kamae
• The Tsuki step compared with the cross punch sliding step
• Jodan yuke, upper level block
• Analysis and uses of Sakanagare kata
• Better uchi komi of Koshi waza
• Yokuto kata as example of striking and grappling sequence
• Jumonji moto gata as a basis of distance control
• Koku no kata with different attack directions
