Planned Ninjutsu session, 29.9.2013 - AKBAN Jerusalem

This Sunday we charge ahead with a mark down of hand armlocks, all used in 'low level of violence' real life situations. We will conclude this session with another look at the Sukkot seminar and a sequences of fast kicks and sabaki. The sessions start with Ninjutsu kamae followed by the himum.
