Planned Ninjutsu session, 6.10.2013 - AKBAN Jerusalem

This Sunday we will train on counters to a wrestling over-under clinch and ,if time suffice, we will explore some techniques countering level changes in grappling. The Kata used will be henka of Togakure and Fudo Ryu. The sessions start with Ninjutsu kamae followed by the himum. The session ends with Randori.
