Planned Ninjutsu session, 8.9.2013 - AKBAN Jerusalem

This Sunday's session will be traditional kansetsu waza with Kata integrated. The August blitz emphasized dakentaijutsu and so we are devoting this September to armlocks and grappling in order to regain sensitivity both in tori and in uke.
