) we started this week. From a better way to mobilize from Shizen tai to timing the movement in sparring. On the Kansetsu waza part we are continuing counters to throws and today we will learn a Fudo ryu counter throw kata. The Daken we worked with this summer are still with us, so punching gloves are a must.
