Planned Ninjutsu session, AKBAN Tel Aviv - 17.10.2013

A reminder, we are training at our temporary dojo, 193 Ben Yehuda st. 1st floor. This Thursday we will continue with the beginning of the year basics and elaborate on the movement specifics (Tai Sabaki) we started this week. From a better way to mobilize from Shizen tai to timing the movement in sparring. On the Kansetsu waza part we are continuing counters to throws and today we will learn a Fudo ryu counter throw kata. The Daken we worked with this summer are still with us, so punching gloves are a must. The sessions will start with kamae followed by the himum. The session ends with Randori.
