Both sessions will deal with advanced timing in 3rd Dan Ninjutsu kata using Chikusei kata.
We will also devote more time to the kicks we have been learning recently inside dynamic combo work.
The sessions start with Ninjutsu kamae followed by the himum. The session ends with Randori.
