Planned Ninjutsu training, AKBAN Ramat Hasharon - 9.9.2013

This Monday is a continuation of the Kansetsu waza we did last week. From the inside wrist bifurcation of combo 4 we will work with Kaiten and Nagare to improve uke work. The session will start with Ninjutsu kamae followed by the himum. We finish the session with full contact Randori.
