Planned techniques for Jerusalem dojo - 17.4.2013

We will work with two blocks of the short stick ballistic strikes and then explore advanced kata guruma at the first session.
At the second, veterans' session, we will try to go over a 2nd Dan kata and then add advanced sabaki for randori.

Hicho no kamae gata
