Planned techniques for Ramat Hasharon dojo, preparing for exams - 4.3.2013

We are getting ready for the exams and will go over techniques from the blue and brown belt syllabus. The second part of the session will deal with ground fighting and afterwards combos.

Elbow break, Waki Gatame
