Planned training for 2.10.2013 - AKBAN Jerusalem
This Wednesday we will will be combining the basic framework of joint locks and
throws in Ninjutsu. This important session is, every year, one of the cornerstones of understanding grappling work and the relations between different
levels of violence in Ninjutsu.
We will cover all the basic wrist and shoulder locks. Please, do not forget punching gloves for Kata training.
The sessions start with
Ninjutsu kamae followed by the
himum. The session ends with
Randori.
I upload selected Ninjutsu lessons to the
Ninjutsu training category at the AKBAN wiki.
