We'll be starting at 18:00, in the Jerusalem Ninjutsu dojo, with Ninjutsu Kamae followed by the strenuous Himum.
After working our way through breakfalls and rolls we will hone the Joint locks we did last Wednesday (for video excerpts of the lesson - click here) and continue with basic throws into Te Makura.
