We start today, as usual, with the moto gata from Ninjutsu kamae. After doing the fitness routine, the Himum, we will continue with a primer for empty hands against weapon attack. This area of fighting is called Muto dori in Ninjutsu and we will use a Kukishinden ryu kata named Moguri Dori to start exploring the basic sabaki that we use against weapon attack.
