Sunday, September the 23rd, in Jerusalem dojo - Intermediate strikes

Today we start at 18:00 as usual in the AKBAN Jerusalem dojo. We will train some more in the interaction between locks and throws as a function of distance and then we'll practice combos till the end of lesson randori.
