Today in Jerusalem dojo - Yellow belt seminar and Kukishinden ryu

At the first training session we will hone our technique toward the yellow belt exams. At the veteran session we will repeat Koto ryu kata previously leaned and start discovering the kuzushi in some Kukishin kata.
