Training this week, 11-16.1.2015

This week we are having an ERC session this Friday. In all the dojo we will continue developing the Kansetsu waza-Daken flow-chart. We will add kicks to this model and so, will repeat the 5 basic Ninjutsu kicks. The Combat Kata groups will learn two more kata from the Shirabe Moguri Level of Kukishinden.
