Training this week, 7-13.12.2014

This week there will be no weapon class. Veterans from AKBAN and me participated at the 40th anniversary of Bujinkan in Israel. It was great to meet old friends and work together and I thank Udi Zaga Sensei for the opportunity. In this week's sessions we will work with three subjects: fast rhythm work with Kansetsu Waza, Ukemi, and at the veterans' groups, another advanced Kukishinden kata.
