Wednesday in Jerusalem dojo - Koto Ryu attacks

This wednesday, starting at 18:30, we will work our way through some of the more aggresive Koto Ryu techniques at the first session. At the second training session, starting at 20:00, we will prepare adavnced uke work that combines sabaki, kuzushi and ukemi waza.
