Weekly Ninjutsu plan for Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Ramat Hasharon dojo, 5.1.2014-9.1.2014

This Tuesday in Tel Aviv we will be at the temporary dojo at 193 Ben Yehuda St unless we'll get the papers from the Tel Aviv municipality. At all the other dojos we'll be training as usual. We will alternate and use arm-locks and throws while adding to our growing striking syllabus. Please do not forget to bring punching gloves as we always validate our Ninjutsu with randori.
