Fu no kata (風の型), (פו נו קאטה), is one of the Go-gyo no kata (Go-gyo no kata), a level that is also called Sanshin no Kata (三心の型) in Gyokko Ryu Kosshijutsu. A part of the Takamatsu den Ninjutsu.

Description of Fu no kata

From left seigan no kamae, Gedan yuke inside, Tsuki step, then boshi ken to shichibatsu.
