Gekkan kata description
uke and tori stand in ichi monji no kamae, uke attacks with right tsuki, tori performs tai sabaki to the right and back then grabs uke's right wrist with his left hand and uke's left shoulder with his right hand, kicks uke's right leg with mae geri, uke takes his right leg back then tori takes down uke to the ground.

uke and tori in shizen tai, uke attacks with right jab to the face, tori then grabs uke's right wrist with his left hand and uke's left shoulder with his right hand, performs a sideway heel kick to the knee, takes uke to the ground on his face, then performs an elbow lock on his right hand.
