Hida, (飛打), (הידה נו קאטה - קוטו ריו - נינג'יטסו), (Flying punch), is a Kata that is a part of the Koto Ryu koryu of Ninjutsu, It belongs to the third Chuden level.

Description of Hida no kata - Koto ryu

Against a punch from the opponent one blokes and moves inside, strikes to the face, grabs shoulder with striking hand, kicks to the groin and does a shoulder joint lock.
