Muso dori, elbow break, Ninjutsu

Muso dori or Musha dori (מושה דורי) or Moosha dori is an elbow lock that breaks the olecranon process of the ulna bone. This lock is sometimes called gosha dori in some Ninjutsu schools.

Description of Muso dori

1.The operator grabs opponents hand from the bottom, while advancing towards him in 45 degrees, opponents elbow facing up. the hands of the operator are pressing the opponents elbow.

2.The operator sits back on his knee, pressing the opponents elbow down and backwards.
