Side jumps weight (דילוגי כוח) is a weight lifting functional exercise that promotes fitness and uses the leg muscles, hands and upright torso to achieve core strengthening effect, balance and strength.
Description of Side jumps weight fitness technique
From a standing position one puts the [[Magelan bag behind the neck while holding it with both hands. One then proceeds to step forward hile jumping from side to side first on one leg and then on the other.
The exercise can be repeated while standing, moving forward on moving backwards.
