Reasons for the Fitness program
Five Physical therapists and four Medical doctors from the Thinking group have been conducting fitness research for more than 35 years.
Our strenuous training regime necessitates superb fitness, but with a twist, we have been training for 35+ years.
We continue to improve this fitness program.
The AKBAN fitness program allows us hard training for decades, running marathons, conducting 24 hours sparring events and generally feeling better.
