Description of Bênção

Bênção may look similar to ponteira but it is performed differently. The standing leg bends at the knee, the Capoeirista lifts the kicking leg high up until the knee almost touches the chest, he then pushes hard forward making this a push kick similar to Muai - tai push kick.
