Sixth Level in AKBAN Ninjutsu—training in the community

Overview

The Sixth Level is not a static achievement but a dynamic state, representing ongoing commitment to participation, community, and the ethical principles of AKBAN. Unlike previous levels, which remain after testing, the Sixth Level exists only through continuous active participation within the training community.

Requirements

  1. Active Participation: Regular attendance and involvement in training sessions, seminars, and community events.
  2. Leadership: Mentor lower-level participants during training, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
  3. Skill Maintenance: Continue to refine and update techniques and principles learned at the Fifth Level (Black Belt) and below.
  4. Ethical Conduct: Uphold AKBAN standards and values in both training and daily life.
  5. Community Contribution: Contribute to the growth of the training community through consistent participation.
  6. Emotion Regulation: Apply and teach the emotion regulation system that reduces violence and aggression, aligned with AKBAN's philosophy.

The Sixth Level is dynamic

The Sixth Level is not permanent but reflects current active involvement and commitment. If a practitioner stops meeting these requirements, particularly regarding community participation, they return to Fifth Level status until they re-engage with the community and fulfill the Sixth Level requirements again.
